Method of doing Sarvangasana yoga-

  • First of all, choose a flat floor or land, then make a mat or bed sheet.
  • Before doing this asana, also keep in mind that the place you have chosen should be completely calm and airy.
  • First of all, lie down on your back.
  • Now straighten both your legs and join them with each other.
  • During this action, keep your whole body completely straight.
  • After this, while breathing comfortably, raise both your legs upwards (the sky) without bending them.
  • Keep in mind that as you lift your legs up, in the same way keep your waist upwards. Don’t raise your head
  • Both your elbows should be on the ground, and use both your hands to lift the back upwards.
  • You should know that you should raise your back and neck so that your body is transformed into the shape of 90 degrees.
  • After that, after staying in this position for a while, slowly bring both your feet towards the bottom and establish yourself in the former position.
